Dennis has been helping me at the shop some and just got a visit from Kelly and her white blood count had reached 129,000 which is a dangerous level so they are headed to Cabrini to do a C-section and take the baby. A specialist in Shreveport said the baby should have been taken a few weeks earlier. Not sure of what medical dangers could come from this so pray for all so please pray for Kelly & the baby and Dennis & Pam. Just found out Kelley is in room 280.

Just got call from Dennis, 5lb 8oz girl, both mom and baby doing fine at this time. Tks for your prayers.

Thank God they are both OK. We will be praying for God's hand to be on both Momma and the Baby.

Please pray for Dennis & Pam Relaford's daughter, Kelly.
I just got a call from Dennis(Saturday), and he said they just got some bad news on Kelly.
Her Lukemia has aggressively progressed and she is in bad shape. They are transporting her to Shreveport
today to a specialist up there. She will be in ICU. He said he would let us know more after she gets up there.
He is trying to continue working until he knows he has to go to Shreveport. He and Pam also have to 2 grandbabies to take care of.

Please pray for Kelly and the family, this is a trying time.

I talked to Dennis today. Kelly is listed in critical condition at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport. She is in a sterile environment, so don't try to send flower, fruit, or anything of that sort.

They are having to filter her blood in order to take out the white blood cells and try to keep it under control.
It looks like she's going to be in there for a good while.

He said he really appreciates the prayers.

Well guys, I hate to say this, but it looks like the news on Kelly just keeps getting worse. I talked to Dennis a while ago and he said that her problems are advancing way faster than normal. The Doctors are saying that she will probably either be there for 6 to 8 months, or at least need to be close for out patient care.

They are now starting the Intravenous Chemotherapy.

Dennis is now looking for a job in Shreveport to relocate there. It's just too hard for them not to be close to where she is.

Gail and I got to visit with Kelly in the hospital Saturday. She was talking pretty good. She is really going through a lot though. They are doing blood transfusions on her and running her blood through filtering system. She is having depression problems and misses her kids greatly. Dennis and Pam are are asking for anyone who can to give blood or platelets at Life Share in Kelly Relaford's name.
